Pure data. Deep algorithmic analysis. Hidden value.
Nexus Racing Tips are laid out under different sections to meet your preferences.
Provides our top 4 selections in each race, including the selection tier, early odds and brief analysis comment. These selections inform win and place bets, as well as exotics such as same race multis, quaddies, trifectas and first-fours.
Provides a short-list of our better selections with an edge over the market. Best bets include two categories: our Anchor Plays, which are selections that pass stringent criteria across multiple algorithmic layers (showing best value against the market line, avoiding short-priced favourites, and offering strong chances at a good price); and the Values and Longshots, which are runners where our models predict that the bookmakers are offering prices well over the true odds (offering high rewards when they salute to boost long-term profitability).
A unique feature, especially designed for use on your mobile phone. On a busy day or out with mates at a venue, you can quickly reference the list of top selections for the day, swipe left to dismiss or hit the heart icon to keep in your short-list. A few minutes of preparation gives you the freedom to socialise without diving into the detailed form, with easy reference to your short-listed selections in the palm of your hand.
Registers the performance of all 'Anchor Plays' and 'Value Longshots' listed on the Best Bets page. The Performance chart shows all winning and losing Best Bets selections. The Full Guide provides results for our top 4 selections the day after the races are run, but we do not include these in the performance trackers as we're nominating multiple selections per race. The Tracker shows our strike rate, profit on turnover, net profit and average win odds for Anchor Plays, Value Longshots and both categories combined (all Best Bets).
Nexus Racing Analytics operates on a complex multi layered analytical approach. We remove human emotion, bias, and media hype from the betting equation. Our proprietary machine learning pipeline ingests vast amounts of historical data, track geometry, sectional times, and dynamic market indicators to identify genuine statistical overlays.
The core engine utilizes a two-stage system, incorporating a machine learning model integrated with a separate rule based system built on traditional horse racing analysis methods. This dual-layer approach ensures we only recommend selections where our predicted probability significantly exceeds the implied probability of the current market odds.
Additional approaches are used to identify hidden value bets, which diversify the types of our selections - increasing the average odds of our tips and enhancing our long-term profitability.
This website is for anyone who wants a tip. It has been built for punters at all stages of life:
At the end of the day, horse racing punters are drawn to the nexus of data analysis, the adrenaline of live racing, the thrill of the underdog upset and the pure class and beauty of the champions that entertain us. This website is for anyone who follows the Sport of Kings, and like all of us, would like to find a well-priced winner.
The absolute pinnacle of our model's outputs. These horses pass stringent criteria across multiple algorithmic layers, showing best value against the market line. Our "Anchor Plays" are sourced from the Elite Consensus short-list.
The M1 Top Pick is purely driven by our machine learning models. The engine evaluates every horse in a race and calculates a relative win probability based on thousands of historical data points, speed maps, and pace models. The single horse with the highest predicted ML win probability in that race is crowned the M1 Top Pick.
Runners where there is a large discrepancy between our model's true odds and the bookmaker's odds. These are high-variance, high-reward plays that sustain long-term profitability.
The M2 Qualifier is driven entirely by traditional form analysis and track biases. The engine runs every horse through our custom 14-factor rule-set, which are fine-tuned for every track, distance, track condition, rail position and race shape. If a horse passes the strict constraints for the specific conditions on the day, it becomes an M2 Qualifier.
Identifies "hidden" performances that the naked eye often misses. Blackbookers trigger one or more of our biomechanical signals during a race, such as:
By tracking these hidden performance metrics, we flag horses that are primed to peak and outrun their odds in their next start.
Supplementary selections used to round out the Full Guide to four tips per race. These are algorithmically ranked runners that did not qualify through the primary model tiers but still show positive factor scores. Fallback selections are excluded from Best Bets and performance tracking.
